Energy Audits

On-Site Energy Auditsenergy audit

The Cooperative offers a home energy audit that provides advice on energy conservation measures and improving the overall thermal integrity of your home.

This service includes a visual inspection of the thermal qualities of the home including the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.

To participate just call 575-396-3631 to schedule a time for a Cooperative energy expert to visit you.

As a business owner, you may be able to find ways to reduce your monthly energy bill with the Business Energy Advisor that provides tools and resources for business customers to manage energy and receive money-saving advice.  Touchstone Energy Business Energy Resource Advisor click here.

A home energy audit will help identify opportunities to reduce your monthly energy bill, and you can do it yourself. To get started, you'll need your home's square footage, the type of foundation it’s built on, the current amount of attic floor or roof insulation, and a copy of your last electric bill.  Residential Home Energy Saver link click here.
